You'd think the preceding cards would help anyone reduce. One look at the pictures, and you're off your feed for an hour or two. But the collection included some special diet recipes to help you become a lesser person.
Note the measuring stick: it counts off the distances in two-inch increments, and it doesn't go around the waist. Other than that it's really useful for dieting.
Hint: eat the meat and shellfish raw. Hurling for a day keeps the belt notch from creeping in the wrong direction!
