Same name. Can't be the same structure. It seems to be a "Fifties-style" grill now, with all the cliches of the "American Graffiti" period. Photos of the interior show some glass blocks, but that's it.
Someone must have thought this style was old, and that meant people would ignore their hamburgers. Besides, no one thought the glass block was the marvel of the age anymore. That's a pity. They'll keep building 50s-style diners, but they'll never build 30s-style diners again. That's where the popular imagination ends, and beyond there be dragons. Well, art deco dragons.
