“Enjoy a good Nites Rest,” says the card. Apparently you bring your own apostrophes. Or poisoned apple. It’s  “one and 1/2 mles from Business District” in bustling Sault Ste. Marie. Is that all there is? No! “We’re located one & a half miles South of the famous ‘Soo’ Locks.” Lovely sign, but the actual motel was low on the swank-o-meter. And who wants to sleep like Snow White, anyway? Did the janitor  make the rounds in the morning and kiss everyone in lieu of a wake-up call?
