It was demolished in 2017, but not before it was made over in blue to denote . . . I don't know, extremeties exposed to consistently cold temperatures. New apartments were built on the site, and it seems few shed tears:

"The Twin Bridges has fallen into such a state of disrepair that it's not only an eyesore, but it's a public safety hazard. Over 500 calls a year, police calls, happen at that location. That's too much," said Gallagher.

The fate, it seems, of so many of these old places.
