The Monogram no longer exists, as you might image; indeed, 330 K st. no longer exists. That block of K street was eliminated to build the Downtown Plaza Shopping Center. Judging from the satellite images, the specific address would seem to consist of a tree-lined plaza now. Think of that the next time you have a hot lunch and a choice wine at a cafe, and find yourself thinking that anything's permanent.
