That's Doris Kenyon. She got into pictures in 1915, made 60 movies, got out in '39. She did a little TV, did some singing, but mostly retired in Beverly Hills. Wikipedia says a family named their newborn daughter after her in 1924, and that girl grew up to be . . . Doris Day.
