It's remarkable how many towns had streetcars, and how many want them back - and how many peope who want them back for sentimental reasons wouldn't take them today. But they want them back anyway!

I don't know if this view is correct. If that the drug store is the Hamblen Theater, later the Strand, then it's more or less correct.
