All that construction, all that commerce, and the streets look like they're dung and mud.

Downtown Bismarck wasn't totally ruined by urban renewal and fire, but this block appears to be gone entirely. There's a big vacant space now used for parking, and I wouldn't be surprised if that's where this was.
