In June of 2024, a flag proposal was made for the city.[citation needed] The flag is a reversed "French-like" tri-color with the seal of the city in the middle.
The proposal has not been recognized by the city yet but has been by a large amount of people. Until then, there is no official flag yet for the city of Sarcoxie.

Not recognized, buy seen by a large amount of people. That's tantamount to official adoption.
Purpose? Looks like a bank.
But the name block has the Masonic symbol, and the faded sign says DRUGS. Or perhaps FROGS. Probably FROGS.
A typical block for cities of this size today, alas.

It was once much nicer. Time can be hard on buildings this small.
Some touches of grace and pride remain.
