This place dates from the mid-50s - can you tell? This site, an account of restaurants in the Crystal Lake area, places the restaurant at 1956 and the motel in the early 60s. The history also notes:
"A large pipe organ was installed in the lounge, with an oval bar surrounding the console where guests could watch the organist while he played. Martinetti's was one of the first restaurants in the area to offer a salad bar, a Sunday buffet and an all-you-can-eat Friday fish fry. Steaks were hand cut, usually by Mr. Martinetti himself."
