Looks more like a small-town variety store than a restaurant, but that was the trouble with the style. Everything looked open and airy and modern, and hence everything tended to look the same.
It was occupied by “Pudgy’s” for a while; it has closed. From the reviews this does not seem to be the worst thing to befall the planet.
You can see the store across the street in the window's reflection; wonder if that's the only extant photo of the place. Looks like a restaurant or drugstore with a fountain, based on the design of the old Coke sign.
