I found this picture in a promotional booklet produced by the City of Minneapolis after our ascension to All-American City status. I'd never seen this version before. The era of slitty windows in triumphant, and the lower portion looks as if it’s made of stiff cream-cheese frosting. It also flares at the top to indicate a cornice, but it has the effect of stopping its upward movement dead. horrible.
