Gaviidae's second phase is built on the site of the old Penneys building, aka the Syndicate Block.

No one under 30 remembers Penneys, and hardly anyone remembers the Syndicate Block.

This was the home of Nieman-Marcus for a while, but they pulled up stakes in 2013.
