“This is where I stayed in Joplin. Edna.” So goes the entire message. The card wasn’t sent to anyone.

Fabulous sign, eh? Not exactly very Joplinesque, of course, but that was the point. It’s gone now, as was the tribute site that hosted some pictures of its demolition.

We need an effort to preserve the sites dedicated to preserving these things.
