That's right - it's one of those big downtown 1920s piles, not a motel at all. Sorry. But I couldn't resist this one. The back of the card is postmarked 1960, and says:

Had a good trip out on a jet our of KC. Enjoying sunshine and no smog. KC had 6 inches of snow Sunday.

A postcard is handy when you really want to rub it in.
