I don't know what that means. Are they asking me to imagine these pies in my mind's eye, as in "you should picture a pie." Are they suggesting that these pies are so good they deserve photographic memorialization? Is it written for illiterates, and contains nothing but images to help you prepare the dessert?

Haven't seen a pie cut in fifths for a long, long time. And I like the decorations on top, whihc may be cookies or dried pieces of apple, scored with a blunt knife.
