The Shindig! record was released in 1965, when all the hip kids were listening to Floyd Cramer. The "Posters of the Past" shows how that strange regard for the 19th century had crept back into popular culture.

This was all you got, kids. There wasn't a lot of stuff. There was stuff, but not near as much stuff as today. Like, ten percent of the stuff you can get today.
