It rotated. Fast. It shot out lots of water. The people aren't quite drawn to scale, since the tower was 70 feet tall. It's the "Astral" part I love, as well as the girders on the left. If you were a kid this was like the sci-fi of your comic books and movies come to life. It was all true! It existed! Things were ASTRAL!
