It has a “Heavy Nub Texture,” which was a popular rapper in the late 90s, I believe.

Wall to wall ceiling to floor draperies! Shut out the world entirely and drink alone to the dim flicker of the TV! We had ceiling-to-floor drapes in our rambler; the big picture window was one of the selling points at the time. The sun would pour in, the world on your street would unfold like a movie! Except everyone kept them closed - either with the sheer drapes, which the cat used to sharpen its claws, or the heavy drapes, which told the world to buzz off.

I was always told not to sit in the living room with all the drapes open because you were on display and everyone could look right in. So why did they make picture windows, then?
