The ice you skate on is taste free.

Not sure why that matters, unless you fall on your face a lot.

The Rainbow Building is still around, even though the cafe is gone. The Derby was downtown, and as you can well imagine it was replaced by a large modern structure or a parking lot or something. The days of downtown small taverns is long past. They're all nice joints now.
