Fat little chefs: not a hallucination; they were all over the place in the 30s, until they came up with a fumigation technique that didn't poison the crackers. Always thought the Sunshine Boys could take the Keebler elves, if they had the chance. (Keebler bought Sunshine in 1996.)

Note: the Sunshine crackers may have been named because the factory had a thousand windows, and that made the place seem modern and scientific and pure. But if you're going to impress people with your smarts, perhaps you might choose another name . . . besides Loose Wiles?
