That’s the Gurr Building. There were plans to turn it into a museum; don’t know how far they’ve gotten. I don’t know if there was a Mr. Gurr, or whether it’s named after nearby Lake Gurr, or whether the lake was named after Mr. Gurr, or the building. But there it is.

The exterior, I believe, is not brick, but prefab stamped metal that looked like brick. I could be wrong, but you saw a lot of that in those days.
