If I have the right location - and I don't see why I don't; the card says 18th and Pacific, and that's the address over on the left - then it might be one of the sadder declines of an eating establishment. But it isn't. It's ugly now and it was ugly then. Oh, the style had a vogue, and the colors are interesting, but it's that vague "Americana" look that had no particular resonance with food.
The back said: "Green Salad and Food to Match."
