The address is "309 2nd Avenue." There's no Second Avenue on the maps today. They appear to have renamed all the avenues after trees, which is quite helpful if you have in your head an evaluative list of the relative values of arboreal taxonomy. No, it has to be Linden, because that's greater than Evergreen.
Then you find a place with the same name in a different location, and it's on Facebook. There has to be a connection, but if they can't be bothered to make it plain, I'm not going to go out of my way to assist.
