"I'm tired of making the place look like something it isn't. And the building is sorta sweet, don't you think? Why cover it up with cars? Take another picture, but this will be the last postcard I'm doing. I think it's just a matter of time before the place looks dated. They got these places out West that look like rocket-ship bases, I'm telling you that's the future. Not this. It was something else in '34, but the kids, they think it's old hat. Maybe it is.
