Possibly the same building; likely that it's the same. But they had to punch some holes in to get the air moving around.
There were two others, as far as I can tell, including one in an early shopping mall also known as the Red Chimney. There's a message board where people talk about it. They miss it. Or perhaps just the time, and the things they've draped around its neck.
