The back says it was the proud property of Hank Hagmann, who also ran another restaurant and a motel. There doesn't seem to be much on the web about him, alas - perhaps because his name is always shown as "Hank" Hagmann, and unless he walked around making air-quotes or Victor Borge punctuation sounds, he had another name in official records.
