I suspect the clientele was a nighttime clientele, and they designed the place accordingly. Doesn't look as if anyone inside ever needed to see out.
Yelp says it's closed, and the address - 441 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy - shows nothing. Tastes change; familiy restaurants become the norm in the tourist town. People don't want to dine. They just want to eat.
