Northstar East doesn't mean much, except that it's an annex to the Northstar Center. Buildings like shouldn't have fancy placeless names; they should have solid names - like Metropolitan National Bank Building.
It was finished in 1917, a rather ordinary addition to the growing city's stock of new office blocks.
