It’s the Muffler Man’s brother: one of the famous Native American colossi built by International Fiberglas for various commercial purposes in the 60s & 70s. He stands proud by the entrance, giving a friendly salute to - well, not to the guests, unless they stand two stories tall. Who he's looking straight in the eye I've no idea. Perhaps he was giving the salute of Vulcan Nazis to the Northwest Airlines maintenance shed across the highway.
