The 5th Street facade. Nothing particularly lovely, although I wish I had some closeups of those medallions above the second floor. Originally, the building had a peculiar ill-proportioned pediment, but they were removed for the extra floor.
Note the signs for Ed Johnson's Luncheonette, long gone, and McGlynn's bakery. The latter is still with us - it's a local supplier to department and grocery stores, and still enjoys a minor reputation as a local baker.
