It continues to be at odds with itself.

The bones of the old building are still intact - on the second floor, there's a glass window, behind which you can see the old rebars of the original structure.

The second floor was turned into a garden, with running water and plants; it was a remarkably quiet and peaceful place, one of my favorite spots downtown. The fountain was closed years ago, and filled in with stones.
