As far as I can tell - and I haven't exactly made a great study of the matter - Salt Lake City had the Grand America and the Little America, the former being a big hotel downtown. The address is Main and 5th, right by the Grand.

This article discusses the rebirth of the Little America coffee shop, which was Covey-related, but I don't it's the Hot Shoppe. Nothing on the spot - 5th and Main - exists today.
