Wonderful lobby. Seems a lot for just checking folks in, but the card doesn’t say the place has a restaurant.
The modern version is dull, blunt, safe and boring. Never occurred to them that the old style might have been a draw.
Perhaps the old style did put people off, for a while. Oh that’s so 14 years ago when the nation was full of technological optimism. Well, Vietnam put a stop to that. Let us move on and find another place.
