When I redid this site in 2012, the little Beacon sign was the key to finding the locale. It was remembered as shooting location in "Rain Man," and some pages noted that it had changed its name to the Big 8, and then to the Deluxe. That helped me, and I found what remains of the Barton.

I almost wish I hadn't.
