I could be wrong, but I don't think so. The location is right - "US Highway 64 East, one-half mile West of 1-40 East Entrance" - and the exterior, which doesn't show properly in the Google Street view map here, has the same pacing. Door at the end, window / window door / door. Of course, that was fairly common, but I still think it's right.

The card also has pictures of the interior, and everywhere you look, those same two ladies appeared. Think the twins in "The Shining," all grown up.
