On the mythical Route 66, the Holbrook (in Holbrook, natch) was close to everything - the Painted Desert, the Petrified Forest, the Scared but Able to React Forest, the Studiously Indifferent Reaction to Peril Forest (a teen fave), the Grand Canyon and "Indian Country."
