"Spacious Lobby" is just one of the attributes of "Troy's motel of distinction." I can't find any indication it still exists. The address says it was 2 miles north of Troy, but that's not helpful. Measured from the center of town? The outskirts?

Highway 213 has larger motels now, the usual chains with the usual bland exterior and interchangeable names and decors and rewards clubs and the rest.

Not a good sign among them all.
