I’m pretty sure it’s the same place. The “Court” in the name calls back to the early days of the motel industry, when cabins were the norm, and Hoover sat up nights worrying about the immoralities that went on within. And he was probably right! This being the capital city of the state, with all the attendant corruptions and machinations, the amount of sin, general and specific, sexual and political, that probably took place here would be impossible to quantify. It's like an ethical superfund site.
