HIWAY HOUSE, Albuquerque NM

Del Webb's, to be specific. The back of the card says that was "The Southwest's leading motel chain." If you're wondering:

Hiway House was a motor hotel chain founded in 1956 at Phoenix, Arizona, by the late Del Webb, a construction magnate who owned the New York Yankees baseball team and later created the Sun City retirement communities.

The article needs updating, but was written so it could kinda-sorta go both ways:

A remnant of the old Hiway House chain is currently was still in Albuquerque, New Mexico until it closed in 2018.

Not crazy about the charmless design, but I'm sure it was a nice place to stay.

The Google street view shows an empty lot on the address for as long as the cars have been driving by, so I'm not sure about that 2018 closing date.
