Once again, spot the owners!

Charming little place, from here. I suspect those overhangs are plastic, but a popular and modern plastic of the era whose name escapes me. Printed attributes on the back of the card says "View of Beach Apartment Building on Beautiful White Sand Beach; Also, Typical Interior." I guess everyone sat on the sofa and looked at the other side of the room.
