I’ve taken the rare liberty of using a card from the wikicommons page here, because I have a later version in my collection. The information says it was made between 1930 and 1945.

I think you could narrow it down a bit more.

The back of the card has the description and unhelpful address info - 15 miles south of DC? Thanks - and it ends with TELEVISION.
