COACHMAN MOTEL, Bloomington IL

The only remains are the driveways. If you turn to the left, you'll see a dilapidated old house, which might cause a motel occupant to raise an eyebrow at the card's assertion: DOWNTOWN.

The building in the background is the Lafayette Apartments, notable for the sleeping lions that flank the door. They don't make one feel as if the place is particularly well-guarded.

I'm sure the Coachman was "troubled" towards the end. Motels never go out happy and serene.
