The pride of Somerville - and Mr. Niels Lilja. Smorgasbord has fallen off the nation table, so to speak; it means little to anyone, and you certainly couldn't build a restaurant chain around the idea. It will come back in a few years, though, as some small precious restaurant revives the concept and all the food writers decide it's the next thing - or rather, knowing about it is the next thing.
