Dinkler Hotels. With so many other names from which to choose, they went with Dinkler.

Well, it was the fellow's name. As Southern Edition notes:

As the elder Dinkler successfully grasped the art of innkeeping in Macon, it is unclear whether he aspired to own an entire chain. Nonetheless, the family amassed many hotels, and the Dinkler name became widely recognized and well-respected in the hospitality industry.
