Key words, perhaps: “Operated by Amfac company.” Amfac was a huge Hawaiian developer so gosh-dang rich they had enough money to build a hotel in Minneapolis in the early 80s. Things went down after that, alas.

"Naked Paradise" was a 1957 crapfest directed by Roger Corman, incidentally. Probably get a PG rating today. "Sadie Thompson" was a Rita Hayworth pic in 3-D. Battle of the coconuts was the subtext, perhaps.
