By the time I post this, it’ll probably be gone. The Commodore, seen here in the New York Hotel section of this site, was stripped to the skeleton and remade with shiny blue-mirror glass. Modern and more appealing to the market, I’m sure, but not an addition to the cityscape.

Its demolition was announced in 2019. No one grieved.
