The plodding pace of the renovation of the historic Vosburg Hotel in the heart of downtown San Jacinto finally could pick up.
Camilo Primero, a semi-retired physician from San Dimas, bought the landmark hotel when he was about 47. He now is 72. It has been vacant the entire 25 years.
