Built in the early 50s as an adjunct to the Thunderbird. Closed in 2004, knocked down in 2005 for a project that was subsequently canceled. A new project arose on the site, and therein you find a tale of squandered promise beyond the nightmares of Crassus.

A 68-story hotel stands on the site now.
