Since it's coldenflu season, this seems apt. (If you are reading an archived version of this page, and it is not coldenflu season where you are, it will be soon, or is somewhere else. Stop being so self-centered!) Googling finds nothing except offers for the same matchbook, in worse condition, for more money. Safe to say it either didn't work very well and can still be found in some renamed product today, or it did work well and contained meth, or something equally fun.
